God’s arithmetic is different from man’s in a mind-blowing way. He makes all things beautiful in his time and shows up in unimaginable ways to show forth his glory to the world. A popular hymn says “It’s so sweet to trust in Jesus. oh to take him at his word… just to rest upon his promises… oh to know thus says the Lord”. Such was the case of the Israelites when they came into the fulfillment of the promise of a land flowing with milk and honey.  In today’s Bible reading, the chapter highlighted the expanse of land that was inherited by just one tribe of Israel so you can imagine what the whole nation took possession of. What is mind-blowing is that a nation that had such capacity to conquer were in the wilderness training of the ‘process’ for 40 years until they came into the fullness of the maturity to take on the land. Also, interesting is that when they started this conquest, they faced initial setbacks with a small nation Ai due to their own disobedience.  However, what matters is that in the beautiful fullness of time, the scope of their victory seemed unimaginable. Are you going through a process right now? Do you have a promise? Don’t faint. Trust completely in the one who is able to do immeasurably more that you can ever imagine. Your promise will be a beauty to behold in due time if you don’t faint.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the Almighty God. Thank you because you are the majestic ruler of heaven and earth. Thank you Lord for the school of process that you are putting me through. I receive the grace to stand and wait on you into the fullness of the manifestation of my promise in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
