He restores
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem.” Isaiah 27:12-13 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/isa.27.12-13.kjv

God restores his own. In his mercies, he restores his children. The Bible tells us that his anger may last for a moment but his favor is for a lifetime. In the Bible reading today, God talks about gathering his people Israel from the various lands of captivity where they were. The purpose for their restoration is so that they can worship and fellowship with God in the Holy mount of Jerusalem. We see also that when Israel was in captivity at the time of Moses that the message God sent to Pharaoh was to let his people go so that they can worship God. God continues to seek out fellowship with his creation given that the sole purpose of our existence is to bring pleasure to God. So, don’t take his deliverance for granted. Is he saving you from your challenges, don’t forget that he is needing the fellowship of your heart. Show up for that relationship and see how your life transforms as you experience the wonders of his grace.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are indeed plenteous in mercies. I look to you afresh today and I ask that you please have mercy upon me. As I come to you in fellowship, please accept me and let the fellowship of my heart and acts be acceptable to you in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
