God’s words are multidimensional and powerful. The Bible tells us that the word of God is living and active. It pierces deep even to the thoughts and intents of the heart. In the Bible reading today, the Psalmists describes the benefits of the words of God in so many ways. Examples include being a source of confidence, a guide and preservation and an illuminator.  With so many benefits achievable from the word of God, it is sad that so many Christians do not take the word that seriously. The psalmists says that in the volume of the books is written of me. So many promises and instructions are in the word of God. So, it is important  that like Job said, that the word of God be esteemed more than food because there in lies the secret to life today and forever more. Prioritize the word. 

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your word that speaks life to every deadness in my life. Please Lord as I seek your word, grant me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ. Let me discern your speaking word to every situation of my life and let my steps be guided into victory and life everlasting in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
