“Even if God were to make windows in heaven, how can this thing be?”..... Those were the words of the officer that supported the King when Elisha prophesied about a sudden turning around of the siege upon Samaria which had resulted in significant famine (2 Kgs 7:2).... Often in the midst of our challenges and trials or when we have expectations of that great turnaround, we are unable to see a path to the victory we need within the time we need it. Actually, it does not matter whether you can fathom it or not, God’s word is powerful and will surely come to pass. Trust God, believe in His words sent to you in your quiet time, through his prophets or maybe through an impression in your spirit because it will surely come to pass. The note of warning is to not disdain his promises to you because when the victory indeed came to Samaria, the officer who disdained the prophecy saw its manifestation but did not benefit from it. BELIEVE, God will come through for you with that 11th hour miracle... He is never late...Halleluyah!!!
