The joy that God gives is evident to all. In the Bible reading today, at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem which was completed despite oppositions, the Israelites made such joyful noises that everyone around them and even far from them heard of their rejoicing. Often, we go through some challenges on the path to kingdom assignments and destiny appointments but like Jesus, who for the joy that was set ahead of him continued to persevere, we must do same too. Are you going through the murky middle and wondering where it’s all headed, trust God completely and look forward to the joy that will be noised abroad to all at the completion of the process.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for the assurance of a hope and future. Father, I look to you afresh. Please hold my hands as I navigate through the journey of life and let the glorious result arrive to the glory of your name alone 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
