Kingdom Service demands consecration
“Then said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they be holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.” Ezekiel 42:13 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/ezk.42.13.kjv

Kingdom service requires separation and consecration. In the Bible reading today, Ezekiel had been in a trance in which he had been taken to the city and temple within Israel and a series of measurement was being taken by the angel that accompanied him. It was an indication of the expectations that were set. As part of that, the temple was measured and various portions of the temple identified. In the Holy chambers, the expectations for those who serve was identified. They needed to eat the most holy things and bring the offerings into the holy chamber and not to head right into the outer court without specific action. As people who have been called apart for God’s assignment and glory, ask yourself: “Am I separated unto God”? The Bible says don’t cast that which is holy to dogs and your pearls before swine. Your instrument of service - your heart and everything else must remain holy and acceptable to the one who has called you into service.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your constant call to service and fellowship. Lord please help me. Purify me and make me fit for your kingdom duty. Open my eyes to see the blemishes in and around me and grant me the grace to step into a place of separation and consecration for your service and glory in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
