Understand your role in God’s kingdom and keep with the scope of your role so that you don’t expose yourself to consequences. The Bible tells us that he gave gifts to men, to some he appointed apostles, others prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. No matter how well someone else is thriving in their own ministry gift, it is not a license for you to cross into unauthorized territories. In today’s Bible reading, God was describing the various activities that the Levites were to support in the tabernacle as they set it up and take it down on their journeys.  Specific to the family of Kohathites, they were to carry the most holy things but only after it had been covered up by Aaron and the priests. This is because they were not allowed to touch the most holy things otherwise they would die. They had not been appointed into the office of the priests neither had they gone through all the consecration requirements. Proximity is not a license for unauthorized contact. If in doubt ask Uzzah who was stuck by the ark of covenant when he was trying to steady the motion.  Seek God's face to understand his purpose for your life whether in core ministry or in life's marketplace and stick with his instructions for you. Don't get ahead of yourself. It can be very dangerous.
