Look unto God
“My soul, wait thou only upon God; For my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: He is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, Pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. God hath spoken once; Twice have I heard this; That power belongeth unto God. Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: For thou renderest to every man according to his work.” Psalm 62:5-8, 11-12 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.62.5-12.kjv

Our help is in the name of the Lord. He is our refuge and strong tower. The Bible tells us that they looked to him and they were lightened and their faces were not ashamed. The psalmist in the Bible reading today echoes this by saying that his soul waits on God that he is our rock of salvation and defense. He goes on to say God has spoken and in multiple ways it has shown that all power belongs to God. Are you stumped with a challenge? Why don’t you pour out your heart sincerely to God and wait on him as the source of your strength. He is also a merciful God so if your patterns today makes you hesitant to come boldly before God, then ask for his mercy. He is plenteous in mercy.
Prayer: Dear God, thank you because you are the Almighty, the all-powerful and the all-sufficient God. Thank you for loving me and calling me your own by your mercy. Please show to the world that you are indeed my God. Let all come to the realization that God fights for his people so that the glory can be yours always 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
