Mark your Vision

“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:2-4 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/hab.2.2-4.kjv

Mark your Vision

Write down the vision. A vision suggests that it’s a representation of a perceived or desired future. It requires faith, discipline and consistency to come to fulfillment. The Bible says that until the time of Joseph’s word came, the word of the Lord tried him. So, what do you do in the interim before the vision arrives? You run with it. Like Paul, you fight not like one that beats the air and you run with patience the race that is ahead. The Bible reading today asks that you write it down so that those who see it may run with it.  In some cases, it might be the bearer of the vision who needs to be reminded of their glorious destiny so as to continue to put in the work to run the race. We are reminded that the just shall live by faith. Faith in the one who has promised and a conviction that the vision shall speak and not tarry. So, do you believe the vision of God’s purpose for your life? Write it down and run with it, powered on the wings of grace.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you for a consistent call to a deeper walk with you and a higher calling in destiny. Lord, I look to you afresh as I run the race of destiny and purpose. Please empower me and bring me into my glorious destiny in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
