Nothing is too hard for Him

“For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel. Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.” Ezekiel 36:24, 32, 36 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/ezk.36.24-36.kjv

Nothing is too hard for Him

God’s restoration of an erring child of God is for a divine purpose, broader than just the individual in question. He does this to send a message to the world and to bring the glory to his name. In the Bible reading today, God speaks about gathering Isreal from all the lands that they had become scattered to as a result of their iniquities. He then talks about purging them and restoring them to the right path after which profound blessings follow. He highlights that the purpose for this is not just about the people but for his name’s sake.  He said so that the unbeliever may know that he is able to build up damaged places and make desolate places / lives blossom. We have present day examples of people who most people have written off as being lost in sin and not amounting to much and yet by God’s mercies, possibly through convenant made with someone who has been praying for the individual or just by his own design, restores such a person. So much so that it is undeniable that this can only be the hand of God.  So, are there people or situations that you have given up on? Take it to Jesus, he is able to turn wastelands into blossoming cities. Nothing is too hard for him. He moves mountains for his glory.

Prayer: Dear Lord thank you because you are the all sufficient and merciful God who does terrible things in righteousness. Please Lord I come before you, committing my life, land and society to you. Please have mercy. Accept us, cleanse us and turn every desolation into blossoming in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
