The Bible says to us “Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you”. This is a very important reminder to us as children of God to state our case and claim the inheritance that God has given to us. In today’s Bible reading, as the sharing of the land to Israel was being done, Caleb reminded Joshua about a promise that he had received at the valley of Eschol when Moses said to him that the land that he stood on will be his inheritance because he believed God enough to take a positive stance about the land that they were to go into when the majority saw obstacles.  The important note here is that he asked. The Lord tells us in the Bible to ask him and he will give the nations to us for an inheritance. This shows that we have immense power when he open our mouths and make our claims especially when it’s anchored to a promise that we have received. What are you waiting on today? Go to God in prayer and state your case. He is ever faithful and true to his words.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are the covenant keeping God, the reliable and dependable God. I come before you Lord to state my claim. Lord please give to me the nations for my inheritance in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
