Regard the Lord in all you do
“And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come.” 2 Chronicles 8:11 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/2ch.8.11.kjv

There is danger in living a segregated life, a life is which some sections are for God and others are your ‘special pet projects’ for which you think that you don’t need God. God has to be Lord of all. What ever he does not approve of on a Sunday in church, should not be entertained on a Monday at work. In the Bible reading today, we see that Solomon took his wife to another house that he built for her on the premise that the house of David was too holy for her. We know that women would go on to be the undoing of the wisest man that ever lived because they led him to their gods. It all starts from a separation of the standards of holiness across various segments of life. Be conscious of the decisions you make in all aspects of your life. God must be Lord of all.
Prayer: Dear God, thank you because you are omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient. You know the intents of the heart and see all that I do. Please Lord help me to prioritize kingdom principles in all aspects of my life through your word and the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Let my life be pleasing to you always in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
