God’s mercies brings restoration despite any previous judgement that may have occurred. The psalmists says that in the set time of Favour for Zion, God arises in his mercies. The Bible reading today also highlights the importance of mercy to wipe out the evidences of past challenges as was God’s promise to Judah.  A key note though is that while God chooses to have mercy on whom he will have mercy, for his namesake he often arises quickly for those who are branded for him. Because he is our God, his anger in the moment is followed by a great store of mercy. So, are you looking for restoration? Our God is plenteous in mercies and he indeed provided a route to come back to him. Will you take the offer?

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are indeed plenteous in mercies. Father, please in your mercies, restore me in any areas that I experienced your displeasure and let your mercy continue to speak for me always in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
