Sin stifles
“When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. that they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.” Isaiah 41:17-18, 20 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/isa.41.17-20.kjv

When God arises, he makes impossibilities possible and creates pathways in uncommon places for the glory of his name. The Bible reading today tells us about how God arises for his own even in the darkest situations. He is able to make fountains in valleys and rivers in high places all for the glory of his name. According to the text, he does this so that all can see, know and reason that it can only be God’s handy work. The Bible tells us that God is a jealous God and so all the glory must point to him. Hence, he must be your plan A, B, Z and everything in between. So, are you going through tough times or facing challenging situations? Then trust God to come through for you. However, you must make sure that your voice can be heard by God because we have been told in the Bible that sin is a dampener of God’s intervention in the life of a believer.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you rule in the affairs of men. You are able to make ways where there is no way. Please Lord, I trust my affairs to you completely. Please come through for me like only you can. Let all the glory be yours alone over my situation in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
