When the spirit of the Lord comes upon a man, the natural is replaced with the supernatural…. “And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.” 1 kg 18:46. The Spirit of the Lord upon Samson resulted in the death of 1000 philistines with ‘the jaw bone of an ass”. Upon Elijah, the spirit empowered him to outrun the chariots that had gone ahead of him. God is still in the business of doing exploits in the lives of his children. When the spirit of God comes upon you, He makes the difficult seem easy. He provides divine insights that makes one accomplish in a short time what would typically take years to be done. The spirit of God burns off every bondage - physical, spiritual, intellectual - that has previously held you back so that your life can bring glory to God from the uncommon exploits that he does through you. Why don’t you ask for a fresh outpouring of the spirit of God today?
Prayer: Dear God, thank you for your awesome power. Please pour out your spirit upon me afresh - the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ - and help me to do exploits to your glory. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
