Take the step of faith
“Thrice in the year shall all your men children appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel. For I will cast out the nations before thee, and enlarge thy borders: neither shall any man desire thy land, when thou shalt go up to appear before the Lord thy God thrice in the year.” Exodus 34:23-24 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/exo.34.23-24.kjv
The Bible tells us in 2 Tim 1:12b “for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day”. This is very reassuring in a world where we as Christians are torn between our kingdom and secular commitments. We are made to know however that the spiritual controls the physical so it’s important to dedicate time to the communion and walk with God because he is able to preserve the other aspects of our lives like the Bible reading today where God gave instructions to the Isrealites about meeting with him thrice a year but also reassuring them that the no one will desire their land when while they are out fellowshipping with God. Do you have a specific instruction from God about certain kingdom assignments and worrying about how to cope with your other commitments? Why don’t you take a step of faith knowing that our God is still in the business of divine speed and recovery like he gave to Elijah when he outran the chariots of Ahab. The insights from the walk with the Master-craftsman of the universe reveals insights that speeds up the fulfillment of everything else.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the assurance of your presence and the protection of all that you have given me. I receive the grace to commit to my walk with you in obedience to your call over my life in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
