God takes your kingdom assignment seriously. Do you? Every child of God has a specific assignment and commission. In addition to how well we have lived our Christian life, it is one thing that we would need to account for as well. In the Bible reading today, the Lord expressed his anger to those who were on a shepherding assignment and rather than dedicating the resources to the flock that they are assigned to take care of, they were feeding fat.  As a result of their default in the place of their assignment, their flock had become prey. While God spoke to gathering the flock by himself and giving them a new shepherd, he also declared judgement on the failed shepherds. It is important that we take our kingdom assignments seriously. This is because God is very intentional. You have a purpose and a target audience. Don’t keep them waiting.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are an intentional God looking out for your own. I repent of every time I have fallen short of my kingdom expectations. I seek to do your will. Help me Lord to please you in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
