The Bible says to us that a man that is diligent will sit before kings and not mean men. Even the Lord created the heavens and the earth for 6 days before he rested. Hence, diligence in craft is a kingdom principle. The Bible reading today tells us that the lazy person spends his time desiring but has nothing while the soul that gets to work and is diligent will be made fat.  As a child of the kingdom, it is important that we exemplify the kingdom principle of being diligent not just in kingdom activities but even in our trade and secular work. Because we then bring glory to God and then he blesses the works of our hands in return. Are you diligent? 

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your words always. Thank you for your reminders of your expectations of us as your children. Lord please grant me the grace and strength to be diligent. Bless the world of my hands and let me be an example of the blessings of diligence in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
