The Hand of God
“Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God. On the fifth day of the month, which was in the fifth year of King Jehoiachin’s captivity, the word of the Lord came expressly to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the River Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was upon him there.” Ezekiel 1:1-3 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/ezk.1.1-3.NKJV

When the hand of the Lord comes upon you, you receive supernatural capabilities. You begin to see and understand the incomprehensible, you receive uncommon strength and acceleration. The Bible tells us that when the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah, he outran the chariots of Ahab to get to Jezreel. In today’s Bible reading, despite being amongst the captives, the word of the Lord came to Ezekiel and then it was backed by the hand of God upon him. After this, he started to receive visions that he would otherwise not have been able to see or comprehend. He was taken to a new realm where he experienced the glory of God and lived. The hand of God upon a man’s life makes a world of difference. Wait on God for his touch and you will see your natural transform into supernatural and your ordinary become extra ordinary.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness always. Thank you because you make an ordinary life become extraordinary when you encounter such a life. Lord, I yield to you afresh. Please transform my ordinary abilities into extraordinary to the glory of your name in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
