The mercy of God
“To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever: And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever: To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever: And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever: Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever: And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.” Psalm 136:10-11, 13-14, 23-24 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.136.10-24.kjv

Oh the wonders of God’s mercies towards His children. God’s mercy is not a passive word. It performs significant wonders despite where they have been. He chose to have mercy on Israel by virtue of the covenants with their fathers of faith and despite how undeserving they were so many times with their murmuring, he still went ahead and destroyed their enemies, made provisions for them and granted them peace all-round for His mercies sake. God has said that he would have mercy on whom he would have mercy. May God’s mercy speak for you and I in Jesus name.
Prayer: Dear God of mercy and wonders. I come before you today repentant of my past acts of disobedience either through my action and inaction. Please Lord, let your mercy speak for me and wrought mighty deliverances for me in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
