The throne of God
“Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.” Exodus 33:13-14, 17 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/exo.33.17.kjv

The Bible says that we should come boldly before the throne of grace that we obtain mercy and grace in times of need. God’s grace is something that we need as believers to navigate the assignments of life. In the Bible reading today, God had said to the Israelites to proceed to the land of promise but that he would not go with them because they were stiff-necked people. Moses understood that it would be a suicide mission without God’s presence with them on the journey into the promised land. Hence he interceded with God for his presence. The grace that Moses found with God was a tipping point for which God agreed to go with them. He sought for grace, and mercy prevailed over judgement. What endeavors are you embarking on today or what situations do you find yourself where you are desperately in need of mercy? Approach the throne of grace and seek for his mercy and grace. Note though that sanctification is required to approach.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are indeed a merciful and gracious God. I come before your throne of grace this morning, please help me like only you can in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
