They trust in the Lord
“For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.” Isaiah 30:15-16 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/isa.30.15-16.kjv

The Bible tells us that those that put their trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion that cannot be moved but abides forever. There is no better place to be than to be in the presence of the Lord and guided by his eye. This is why the Bible also tells us that those that wait on the Lord shall run and not be weary and they would mount up with wings as eagles. The Bible reading today also tells us that in quietness and confidence is our strength. Unfortunately, as the text alludes, we are often restless and run right into the snare of the enemies. No matter the situation that you face, make it a priority to seek God’s face. He comes through for his own in uncommon ways so that the glory remains his and his alone.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because you are our strong tower, the dependable and reliable God. Dear Lord, I trust you. Please grant the peace that passes all understanding in every situation of my life and let me thrive from the beauty that comes from the peace that you give in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
