Trust God Completely
“If ye will still abide in this land, then will I build you, and not pull you down, and I will plant you, and not pluck you up: for I repent me of the evil that I have done unto you. Be not afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom ye are afraid; be not afraid of him, saith the LORD: for I am with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand.” Jeremiah 42:10-11 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/jer.42.10-11.kjv

God boasts of his capacity in the Bible saying “I am the God of all flesh, is anything too hard for me?”. Our God is not moved by circumstances or times and seasons because he has got times and seasons in his hands. This is why Isaac sowed in the land during famine and got bountiful harvest. This shows that as children of God, we must not follow the crowd to make our choices. Instead,we must seek to know God’s will for us individually in every situation and to be bold enough to trust him even when circumstances around us may be suggesting otherwise. In the Bible reading today, God spoke to the remnants in Israel through Jeremiah telling them not to go down into Egypt in search of green pastures but to remain in the land and see God come through for them. God’s presence in and his thoughts on a matter are more important than what we see with our physical perception. Trust God completely.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because your thoughts towards me are good and to give me a hope and a future. I look to you afresh, please step into my situation, abide with me and grant me victory on all sides in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
