God’s mercy brings deliverance in unusual ways. In the Bible reading today, God was assuring Judah of his mercy that would save them but not by the usual weapons of warfare. An example is the deliverance that Israel experienced at the Red Sea. They were so scared of the Egyptians that were coming after them. And then in God’s mercy, they received an assurance that the Egyptians that they saw that day, they would see no more.  God saved them through the Red Sea, an uncommon weapon of warfare that cooperated with them but drowned their enemies. As long as we have the assurance of God’s mercy, even when we are at the end of the road, God shows up and creates a way for us. Trust him completely by obeying him and watch his mercy come through for you in Jesus name. 

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your faithfulness and loving kindness. Thank you for who you are. Father, please have mercy on me and arise in my defense by your mercy in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
