The environment matters. The Bible tells us that they that dwell in the secret place of the most shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. We are also told that there is fullness of joy in the presence of God. The presence of God is an environment that enables thriving. The Bible says that the one who delights in the law of the Lord and meditates on his word will be like a palm tree planted by the rivers of water that brings forth fruit in season.  The Bible reading today described the vision to Ezekiel where he experienced water that flowed out of the temple all the way into a full fledged river where the fishes thrive and attracts fishermen because the water was healed. In addition, the vegetation on the bank of this river thrived and attracted trade from all over. Question for you today is what is your source? What environment do you draw from? The spring of life that comes from the presence of God has all-round benefits. Stay in the presence.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you because the cattle on the thousand hills are yours. Thank you because you are the source of life and blessings. Please Lord, as I stay in your presence, let living waters flow through and around me and let my life thrive in the benefits of a divinely-guided life 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. ‎
