The Bible tells us that we should enter God’s gates with thanksgiving in our heart and his courts with praise. While there is always a temptation to get right into our requests, certain prayer points require a process to get through to them. In the Bible reading, Esther has obtained so much Favour in the eye if the king that he was willing to give her up to half of the kingdom. However, she wanted more. She wanted a reversal of the king’s word. The Bible tells us that where a king’s word is, there is power and that no one can question what the king does.  She was looking to reverse the seemingly irreversible so she had to go through a process first otherwise her request may have been shut down upfront and she may in fact have incurred the wrath of the king. As Christians, who have to surmount mountains from time to time, we must be prepared to put in the process to get through the mountains. Even Jesus told his disciples that ‘this kind does not go except by prayer and fasting’. Recognize the process for your breakthrough and work with God to the destination. And it shall end in praise.

Prayer: Dear God, thank you because you are a faithful God. You do terrible things in righteousness and you hold the keys to the hearts of kings. Father, please help me to travail in the place of worship, prayer and sacrifice until you complete your miracle in my life. Please reverse the irreversible for good in my life in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
